Ingredients
Dal-1/4 cup
tomato-2
ginger- small piece
green chilly-2
turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder-1 tsp
hing powder-1/2 tsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
lemon juice-1 lemon
salt
for seasoning
mustard-1 tsp
dry red chilly-1
curry leaves
coriander leaves
oil
Preparation
Cook the daal and mash well. Heat oil in a pan add Mustards, chilly, curry leaves, then add ginger and chilly , roast it well, next add all masalas with tomato and saute well, next add cooked dal, then required water and salt, allow it to boil, then add coriander and lemon juice and turn off the flame
