Ingredients
1.potato-3
2.carrot-2 medium
3.onion-1
4.green chily-3
5.ginger- small piece
6.fennel powder-3/4 tsp
7.turmeric-1/2 tsp
8.coconut milk- 1 1/2 cup
9.salt
10.water
11.coconut oil-2 tsp
12.mustard seeds-1/2 tsp
13.red chilly-1
14.curry leaves
Preparation
Take a pan add 1-7 ingredients with required water and salt, cover the pan and cook well, then smash a little, and add coconut milk then turn off the flame, then heat oil in a pan add mustards, red chilly, and curry leaves fry well and add above the curry.
