gram flour-2 cup
salt
baking soda- 1/4 tsp
turmeric-1/4 tsp
oil for frying
sugar-1 1/2 cup
water-3/4 cup
cardamom-4
cloves-4
ghee- 1 tbsp
cashews-8-10

Preparation
In a bowl take ram flour, salt, baking soda, and make a thick batter using 1 and1/2 cup of water , heat oil in a pan pour the batter into a strainer make small boondhies, grind a small portion of boondhies and mix together. For sugar syrup thake sugar in a pan add 3/4 cup water , then add cloves and cardamom into it cook well and turn off the flame add boondi, fried cashew, kismiss into it, cover the pan for a while , after make ladoos
