Put the mangoes into the boiling water for a second to remove the dirts and soften the peel ,then wipe the water from mangoes. spread coconut oil using a cotton pad above mangoes and put into a ceramic jar and add rocksalt water into it,and seal the jar with a plastic wrap and cover with a cotton
