garlic – 5-6 cloves

tomato -1

green chilly -2

curry leaves

coriander powder -2tsp

turmeric -1/4 tsp

pepper powder -1tsp

fennel powder -1tsp

coconut milk -1 cup


Put a pan into a stove add oil then add onions after 10 mins add ginger garlic , chilly, and curry leaves mix well and cover the pan , add tomatoes and masalas accordingly ,finally add coconut milk then add boiled egg in to the masala
