Ingredients
green gram -1 cup
grated coconut -1 cup
jaggerry -150gm
cardamom powder -1 tsp
crushed cumin -1/2 tsp
maida -1 1/2 cup
rice flour -3 tbsp
sugar- as required
turmeric 1/2 tsp
salt -2pinch
water
oil for frying
preparation
first cook the green gram and keep aside, then make the jaggery into juice by boiling add coconut and greengram,cook until the mix become dry then add cumin and cardamom powder into it and off the flame and allow it to cool. then make small balls for batter,mix maida,rice flour,sugar turmeric,salt with water and dip the balls and fry well.
