Thalassery Rava Biriyani

Ingredients
ghee-3 tbsp
rava-7 cup
coconut oil-3 tbsp
chicken boneless
turmeric-1/4 tsp
salt
chilly powder-1 tbsp
ginger garlic paste-1 tsp
onion-3
tomato-3
green chilly-3
kashmiri chilly powder-2 tbsp
pepper powder-1 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
coriander leaves-1 cup
hot water
fried onion
Preparation
First, 7 cups of Rava are roasted in 3 teaspoons of ghee and set aside . Then, 400 grams of boneless chicken is cooked with spices, ginger-garlic paste, and vegetables .After that, more spices and coriander leaves are added .The roasted Rava is mixed in .
Then, 5 cups of hot water are added .Finally, it’s garnished with fried onions and cooked for 5 minutes before serving
