First clean tapioca and cut it into small pieces, boil it with water, then take it from the pan and add to a sauce pan, crush shattot, garlic, curry leaves and kanthari chilly, then add to kappa, mash it with a laddle, then add second extract of coconut milk into it, add salt, combine all, then boil it until it become thick, then add thick coconut milk and turn off flame.
