Ingredients

Vendakka Fry or Ladies finger
Coconut oil – 5 tbs
Curry leaves
For Masala
Mustard
Big Onion – 1
Tomato – 1
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli Flakes -3/4 tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Eggs – 3
Salt as per taste
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped okra and salt, saute until the stickiness gone, add curry leaves, then transfer it to a plate. Add onion, saute it for a minute, then add tomato, mix it again, next add masala powders and salt, combine all, break eggs into it, then scramble it well, add okra, mix everything , then turn off flame.
