prawns-300 gm

coconut oil-3 tsp


curry leaves


chilly flakes-1 1/2 tsp

turmeric-1/4 tsp

kashmiri chilly powder-2 tsp

pepper powder-1/4 tsp

fennel powder-1/2 tsp

coconut-1/2 cup


Heat oil in a pan, add curry leaves and shallots, then add chilly flakes, saute it well, next add masala powders and coconut, mix everything well, now add prawns, add salt and mix well, cook it by covering the pan, once the prawns cooked enough add curry leaves and turn off flame.
