Poha-1 cup


jaggerry-3/4 cup

water-1/4 cup

coconut-2-3 tbsp

ghee-2-3 tbsp

cardamom-1/2 tsp

cashews,kismis and almonds


Melt jaggerry with water and keep aside. Dry roast poha, then grind it into fine powder. Heat ghee in a pan, add cashews and kismis, then roast it well, set this aside, add chopped banana to the pan, saute well, next add coconut, combine both well, add a little jaggerry juice, mix it until it become thick, again add jaggerry juice and powdered poha, combine all until it become thick and non sticky, then turn off flame. Take a plate, apply ghee add poha miz, press tightly with a spoon, add nuts above the mix, then rest it for 1-2 hrs, then cut it.
