garam masala-1/2 tsp

milk-1/4 cup

Preparation

Marinate beef with turmeric, chilly powder, salt, pepper powder and ginger garlic paste, then fry it well. Crush the beef and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan, add onion, ginger garlic and chilly, saute it perfectly, then add masala powders, mix with onion, next add crushed beef, add coriander leaf, mix all then turn off flame. Blend egg with salt, pepper powder and milk, then pour it to a bowl, add maida, oil and beef mix into it, mix all. Heat a pan, add the mix to the pan, cover it and cook in low flame, after 20-25 minutes flip it to another pan and cook another side.
