ration rice-3/4 cup
urad dal-1/4 glass

Preparation
Wash rice , then soak it in salt and water mix. Wash urad dal and fenugreek 2-3 times, then pour clean water, then keep this in fridge. After 4 hrs grind rice and urad dal separately, use urad dal soaked water for grinding, then mix both batter with your hand, rest the batter for fermentation. Next morning add salt to raised batter, mix well, then make soft idli.
