turmeric-1/4 tsp

chilly powder-1 tsp

coriander powder-1/2 tsp

garam masala


Cut chapathi into thin long pieces. Break eggs to a bowl add salt, beat well, then scramble it in a pan, keep this aside. Heat oil in a pan, add ginger,garlic and shallots crushed, saute it well, then add curry leaves, and chilly, mix it well, next add masala powders, combine well, now add tomato, after mixing it well add onion, saute until it become soft, now add scrambled egg, mix it with masala, finally add coriander leaves and chapathi pieces, mix well, then turn off flame.
