Ingredients
Bread-6 slice
custard powder-4 tbsp
milk
sugar-1/2 cup(for caramel)
milk-2 cup
sugar-1/2 cup
Preparation
Take bread slices, then remove sides, add it to a mixie jar and grind it well, keep the crumbs aside.Caramalise sugar, then ad it to the bottom of the pudding tray. Boil milk with sugar in a pan, add bread crumbs, stir it well, once it become thick add custard mix, mix it well , then continue stirring, once it become thick, transfer it to the pudding tray, then steam the pudding well before serving.
