Ingredients

Paneer :- 200g
Onion :- 1
Garlic:- 1Tbsp
Ginger:- 1Tsp
Cinnamon stick:- 1 small
Cardamom:- 1
Cloves:- 2
Cumin seeds:- 1/4Tsp
Tomato:- 2
Green chili:-1
Capsicum:-
Cashew nuts:- 4
Fresh cream(optional):- 2Tbsp
Kasoori Methi(optional):-
oil
Turmeric powder:-1/4Tsp
Red chili powder:- 1Tsp
Coriander Powder:- 1&1/2Tsp
Garam Masala:- 1/2Tsp
Salt
Coriander leaves
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan, add whole spices, after roasting it add ginger and garlic, saute it well, next add green chilly, then add onion, saute it for 1-2 minutes, add salt, next add masala powders, mix it until the raw smell gone, now add tomato puree, combine all well, cook it until it become thick, now pour water, after mixing it well, allow it to boil, now add cashew paste, boil it again, now add paneer and coriander leaves, after boiling it well add capsicum, cook it for a minute, finally add kasoori methi, then turn off flame.
