INGREDIENTS

1: Raw rice 2 cup ( soak at least 4 hour)

2: jaggery 350 g

3: water 3/4 cup

4: salt 2 pinch

5: cardamom 3 nos

6: ghee 1 tsp

7: maida 1 tbsp

8: sesame seed 1/2 tsp

9: coconut oil

Preparation

Add soaked rice to a mixie jar, then add maida, cardamom,ghee and salt, then pour jaggerry juice, now grind it into fine batter, transfer the batter to a bowl, add sesame seeds, after mixing well keep this aside for 12 hrs.Heat oil in a pan, pour 1 laddle of batter to the oil, once the bubbles come out flip it, fry both sides.
