Ingredients

Rice flour – 2 cup

Hot water – 2 cup

Salt to taste

Chopped shallot-5

Cumin seed -1tsp

Grated coconut-1 cup

Preparation

Take rice flour to a bowl, add cumin, salt, coconut and shallots chopped, then mix all together, pour hot water little by little, knead it well with your hand and make soft dough.Take a banana leaf, add a little dough, then flatten it with your hand in medium thick, then transfer it to a hot tawa, cook both sides well.
