green gram-1 tbsp
channa dal-1 tbsp

horse gram -1 tbsp
sesame seeds-1 tbsp
cumin-1 tbsp
pepper corn-1/2 tsp
hing powder-1/4 tsp
urad dal-3/4 cup
dry red chilly-6
Preparation
Heat a pan, dry roast urad dal for 5 minutes, then add dry red chilly. in another pan roast other grains until it become aromatic, then mix with roasted urad dal, then dry grind these with required salt. Keep in a glass jar.
