Preparation
Soak rice for 3-4 hrs, then grind it with cumin, cardamom and cooked rice, and make a batter, add melted jaggerry juice to it, add salt and baking soda, combine well. Heat oil in a pan, add coconut flakes and shallots, roast until it turns brown, then take 1/2 from it, then pour the batter to the pan, add roasted coconut above it, then cover the pan, and cook it in low flame.
Boil milk in a pan, add lemon juice to it to spoil or separate cream from water, stir it until it separate, then strain it to a siever, add the cream to mixer, add garlic, salt, lime juice and a little water, then blend it well, creamy mayonnaise is ready.
