Preparation

Boil milk with sugar, prepare a custard powder and milk mix, then pour it to the pan, stir it well until it become thick, Take a glass tray, place bread evenly at bottom, pour the mix above then add bread again, on the top , add custard mix, then add crushed nuts and mango pieces, then let it cool before serving.

Tapioca- 1 kg

Preparation

Chop tapioca into small pieces, then boil it until it become soft. Crush ginger, garlic, green chilly and curry leaves. Transfer cooked tapioca to a pan, pour coconut milk, salt and crushed items, boil it until it become thick. Finally, season it with coconut oil, mustard, dry chilly and shallots.

Tasty Jackfruit halwa, no need of oil and ghee.

coconut milk- 2 coconut

corn flour-1/2 cup

water-1 cup

Grind jackfruit pulp to fine paste, then add this to a bottom thick pan, pour coconut milk, then mix well, turn on flame and start stirring, once it become boil enough and start thickening add sugar, continue stirring, after 8-10 minutes add corn flour and water mix, mix well, once it become thick and dark add cardamom powder and cashew nuts, combine well, then transfer it to a mould, then wit until it cooled down and get stiff, then cut it.

rice flour-2 cup

water

cooked rice-1/2 cup

sugar-2 tsp

yeast-1 tsp

coconut- 1 cup

Preparation

Add rice flour to a bowl, add water, mix it well and remove all lumps. Then transfer it to a mixie jar, add cooked rice, sugar, yeast, and salt, grind it well and make a fine paste, transfer it to a bowl, then keep aside for 1 night, add coconut paste to the batter, combine well, rest again for 1 hour, then make soft appam.

Preparation

Clean jackfruit seed, then boil it well until it become soft. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop well, then add curry leaves and dry chilly, mix it well, then add ginger and garlic, saute it for a minute, next add onion, saute it well, add shallots too, once it become soft add tomato, then add masala powders, mix until the raw smell gone, now add tamarind and water, add salt, boil it well, add mashed jackfruit seeds, combine well, add coriander leaves, then turn off flame.

Jaggery powder – 1 Tbsp

Cardamom powder – 1/4 tsp

Water – 1 Cup

Bread Crumbs – 1 Cup

Preparation

Heat a pan, add ghee, then add finely sliced banana pieces, fry it both sides well, then add jaggerry powder, coconut, and cardamom powder, combine well, then pour milk, mix it completely absorb, then turn off flame. Prepare a maida batter with maida, salt and water. Take bread , add banana mix above the bread, then add another bread above, press well, then cut the bread into 4 pieces, dip the pieces in maida mix, then coat it well with bread crumbs, now fry it in hot oil.

For mayonnaise, grind boiled egg with olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika powder, salt and water, and make creamy texture. Grate zuccini, add salt, mix it well, then set aside. Saute vegetables in olive oil, then add pepper powder, chilly flakes and salt, keep this aside. Beat egg with salt and pepper powder, pour milk, then add wheat flour to make a batter, add veggies to it, zuccini too, mix well. Pour the mix to a pizza tin, then bake it well, apply mayonnaise above, and fill the top with cheese, bake it again, then have it.

Useful kitchen tips for home makers.

Cooking dosa in a iron pan is healthy, but sometimes its difficult to make soft dosa because of stickyness,. Apply oil with banana leaf stem is more helpful to make non sticky dosa. Try next time.

Cut aluminium foil paper in the shape and size of your gas top oven, then cover your bottom of burner. It will help to keep the burner clean for long time.

Crush white color rocks , and mix it with jaggerry, apply the mixture to crack of your clay pot, then heat it well, the crack will fix.

Grind egg shells, and make powder, cover the powder in a towel, then dip it in sesame oil, massage your knees or elbows with this, your pain will cure.

Beetroot Pickle

beetroot pickle, a very tasty pickle, even kids will eat

Ingredients

beetroot – 1 medium size ( after grating – 1 cup)

carrot – 2 big ( after grating – 1&1/2 cups to 2 cups)

dates – 200 gm

vinegar – 1&1/2 cups

chilli powder – 1 tbsp

pickle powder – 3 tbsp

roasted cumin powder – 1/2 tsp

roasted fenugreek powder – 1/2 tsp

garlic – 1/4 cup chopped

ginger – 2 tbsp chopped

green chilli – 8 to 10 finely chopped.

salt

sesame oil – 1/4 cup

Preparation

peel and grate beetroot and carrots.mix well..add chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli to the carrot beetroot mix.
de seed dates and add it to a mixer jar, add 1/2 เด•เดชเตเดชเต vinegar and grind it to small chunks..
add this to beetroot mix pour 1/2 cup of vinegar to the mixer jar and pulse it to take out all the dates from the jar. pour this to beetroot mix…mix well.now add chilli powder, pickle powder, salt and mix well..
add fenugreek powder, cumin powder . add vinegar if required to adjust the sourness and consistency…
mix well and keep aside for 2 hours …heat sesame oil and pour hot oil into the pickle…
mix well and keep aside for a day ..you can use it as soon as it is ready, but allowing it to rest for a day will help to balance the taste…A yummy beetroot pickle is ready….
