Grind coconut, chili powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, black pepper powder, green chilies, red onion, and tamarind paste into a paste.Clean the crab and add the ground paste to it.Add water, chopped green chilies, tamarind paste, and salt to the crab mixture.Cook the crab mixture until it is cooked through.Add curry leaves and turn off the gas.

Preparation

Partially cook the chicken pieces with salt and turmeric powder. Grind the green chilies, ginger, garlic paste, small onion, cumin, and coriander leaves into a paste.Cut the onion into small pieces.Mix the chicken, ground paste, onion, lemon juice, salt, black pepper powder, garam masala powder, chili flakes, egg yolk, rava, bread crumbs, and egg white in a bowl.Shape the chicken mixture into lollipops and insert lollipop sticks into them.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken lollipops until golden brown.Serve hot with sauce.

Clean and chop the stems, then wash it well. Take this in a clay pot, add salt,green chilly, water and turmeric, then cook it well. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop well, then add dry chilly, raw rice and hing, roast it well, then add to curry.

A simple recipe for rice

Ingredients

4 tablespoons of thick yogurt

1 small piece of ginger, grated

1/2 carrot, grated

1 green chili, chopped

Salt to taste

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

1/2 teaspoon of mustard seeds

Chili flakes (optional)

1/2 onion, chopped

1/2 tomato, chopped

Fresh coriander leaves (optional)

Preparation

In a bowl, mix together the yogurt, ginger, carrot, green chili, and salt. Set aside. Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the mustard seeds and let them splutter. Add the chili flakes if using. Add the chopped onion and saute until translucent. Add the chopped tomato and cook until softened. Add the yogurt mixture to the pan and stir well to combine. Cook for a few minutes until the curry is heated through.Garnish with fresh coriander leaves if desired.

Heat a pan, add melted jaggerry, boil it well, add coconut, then add crushed items, mix well until it get thick, add dry ginger, mix well. Once it become non sticky, turn off flame. Make balls after the heat gone.

Grind poha, rava and gram flour together, add spice powders, salt , water and coriander leaves, mix well and make a thick batter. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seed, mix well, then add chopped ginger garlic and green chilly, saute it well. Next add grated potato and carrot, saute until it cooked well, then pour the batter, mix it until it become a dough, then turn off flame. Once the heat gone , flatten the dough above a surface, then cut it into rectangle shape, after that, fry it well.

Jackfruit seeds – 1 cup , chopped

Green gram – 1/2 cup

Tomato – 1

Dried red chilli – 2

Grated coconut -3/4 cup

Cumin seeds – 1/2 Tsp

Water – 1/2 cup

Preparation

Wash and clean 1 cup of jackfruit seeds and 1/2 cup of green gram .Soak the green gram for half an hour .Grind 3/4 cup of coconut, half teaspoon cumin seeds, and half a cup of water .Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds .
Add chopped onions, curry leaves, and slit green chilies and fry until golden brown .Add the ground coconut paste and saute for a minute .Add the soaked green gram and jackfruit seeds and mix well .Add turmeric powder, chili powder, and salt and mix well .Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil .Cook for 15-20 minutes or until the green gram and jackfruit seeds are cooked .Garnish with curry leaves .Serve hot with rice.
