Ingredients :-
Sesame-1 cup
Jaggery-2
Ghee
Almond-1/2 cup
Cashewnut -1/2 cup
Coconut
dry ginger powder
Preparation
Wash sesame throughly, then strain it, dry roast it well, then crush a little. Grind badam and cashews, then add above the sesame. Heat a pan, add melted jaggerry, boil it well, add coconut, then add crushed items, mix well until it get thick, add dry ginger, mix well. Once it become non sticky, turn off flame. Make balls after the heat gone.
