Boil the jackfruit seeds with onion and salt. Grind coconut, garlic, green chillies, turmeric powder, and cumin.
Add the ground mixture to the boiled jackfruit seeds.Season with coconut oil.
Heat oil in a pan and add urad dal, chana dal, and cumin seeds. Add ginger garlic paste, green chili, and onion.
Add tomatoes and cook until softened. Add turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Cook for 2 minutes. Add cooked rice and mix well. Garnish with cilantro.

Ingredients:
2 ripe bananas
½ cup ragi powder
175 grams jaggery
½ cup water
3 tbsp peanuts
1 tbsp ghee
1/4 cup coconut flakes
½ tsp cardamom powder
Preparation
Melt jaggery in a pan with water. Roast peanuts and add them to the melted jaggery. Melt ghee in the same pan and add the chopped bananas. Add coconut flakes and cardamom powder. Mix in ragi powder. Steam the mixture in banana leaves or butter paper for 10 minutes.
Heat oil, add spices, onions, ginger-garlic paste, and other spices. Set aside. Boil eggs and cut them in half.
Cut bread into desired shapes, dip in egg mixture, and coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry the bread until golden brown. Cut a slit in the fried bread, fill with the prepared spicy mixture, and top with a boiled egg half.
Boil kappa with water and salt, cook until it become soft, then strain water add crushed ginger, garlic and chilly, salt and coconut milk, boil it until it become thick and mushy, then turn off flame. Heat oil in a pan, splutter mustard, then add shallots, dry chilly and curry leaves, saute well, then add to kappa.

Layer rice with gravy, pour food color in between the layers. On top , put green chillies, food color and beef masala, then smoke the rice for 15 minutes . Now its ready to serve.
