straberry cake

Ingredients

for batter

maida -1 cup

baking powder-1tsp

baking soda – 1/2 tsp

salt

curd-1 cup

powdered sugar-1/2 cup

butter/oil-1/4 cup

straberry essance-1/4 tsp

strawberry crush -1/4 cup

for strawberry glaze

sugar-3 tbsp

water-1/2 cup

strawberry crush -2 tbsp

corn flour -1tbsp

preparation

strawberry glaze

mix sugar, water and strawberry glaze and cook until it boil, then add corn flour with water

Put the dry ingredients into the strainer and mix well,then add other ingredients one bye one and mix well, then pour the batter into a cake tin and bake for 35-40 min in low flame.

cut the cake into 3 layers, apply sugar syrup, whipping cream and strawberry crush for each layer, you can design any design on the top of the layer . here i add strawberry glaze on top

chicken fry

Ingredients

1.chicken – 750 gm

2.ginger garlic paste- 1 1/2 tbsp

3.lemon juice – 1 tbsp

4.salt

5.pepper powder -1 tsp

6.turmeric powder – 1/2-3/4 tsp

7.red chilly powder-2 tbsp

8.garam masala- 1 tsp

9.corn flour – 2 tbsp

10.egg -1

11.salt

12.oil for frying

preparation

take chicken pieces in a bowl add ingredients from 2-4 ,mix well and keep a side, for second marination take another bowl add ingredients from 5-11 make a paste and add into the chicken and mix well, rest this for 2 hrs, after 2 hrs fry the chicken

cook all vegetables in a cooker, fry all spices and grind it. Heat a pan add butter then cumin,onion, garlic capsicum and saute well,then add masalas, next add cooked veggies , next water finally coriander leaves. serve with butter

home made choco chips

Ingredients

powdered sugar -1/4 cup

cocoa powder – 1/4 cup

dalda/butter- 1/4 cup

preparation

Add powdered sugar and cocoa powder seperately  in a drainer ,and drain well,then mix well , take another bowl add dalda and melt it by using double boiling method , once dalda melt add dust mix well make a silky soft mix, pour in to a piping bag and make small chips and refrigerate it.
