Preparation

Heat Biriyani pot, add sunflower oil, then saute onion, add cinnamon stick, then add ginger garlic paste, saute until the raw smell gone, then add capsicum and tomato, mix well, add water, add salt, fennel, dry lemon, and rice ,cook well, once it cooked 75 % add some cloves, then transfer the rice pot to the well filled with fire, set grill chicken above the rice, cover the well and keep about 2 hrs.

Preparation

Take wheat flour in a bowl, add salt, mix with a spoon, next add green chilly,curry leaves and onion, then add water and knead it well, and make a soft dough. Heat a dosa tawa,dip your hand in water, take dough, then spread over the dosa tawa by your hand, spread oil, cook both sides.

rava-2 1/2 spoon

cardamom

sugar-1/2 cup

Preparation

In a bowl, add all dry ingredients, mix well. In a mixie jar, add egg , sugar and cardamom, blend it well, add to the flour, knead it well, and make soft dough, rest for 1/2 hrs. After 1/2 hrs, take the dough, knead well , make shape and put cut on it, done this for all, finally fry in hot oil.

Preparation

Heat oil in a claypot, add onion and garlic, saute it, next add ginger garlic paste,tomato and green chilly, saute it well,next add masalas, mix well, add water and tamarind , boil it well, next add cleaned crab, after mixing well, cover it and cook well, finally add pepper, herbs and raw coconut oil.

Preparation

Mix gram flour, baking soda and turmeric together, add water to make a batter. Heat oil in a pan, pour the batter into a hole laddle to the oil, fry it well. Melt sugar in a pan, add boondies into it, next add cashews and kismis, cook it to become thick, alloe it to cool enough, then make ball shape.

White lemon pickle

Ingredients

Lemon big-5

salt

sugar-1/2 tsp

mustards-1 tsp

fenugreek -1/2 tsp

garlic

ginger

chilly

vinegar

Preparation

Steam cook lemon, then allow it to cool, then cut it into small pieces, add salt and sugar, mix well and rest for 2 days. Dry roast mustard and fenugreek, then grind it into fine powder. Heat oil in a pan, pop mustards, add garlic chopped, next add ginger, add chilly, saute it well, next add powdered, fenugreek and mustards, after mixing well add lemon, add vinegar, finally add hing pow der, mix well.

Brinjal Curry

Ingredients:

Brinjal / Eggplant / Aubergine ( 500g )

2 Medium sized onions

2 Tomatoes

3 Green chillies

1/2 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tbsp Chilli powder

1 tbsp Coriander powder

3 Dried red chillies

A clump of tamarind

1 tsp Mustard seeds

1 tsp Fenugreek seeds

Some curry leaves

A Piece of ginger

3 Cloves of garlic

1/2 Coconut

Salt to taste

Oil for frying

Preparation

Heat a pan, add oil, then fry brinjal in this pan in high flame till the color change. In the same pan, dry roast coconut till the color become brown.then grind it into fine paste. Heat another pan, add oil, next add onion, saute it well, next add , ginger and garlic, chilly splitted and salt, cook it well, then add masalas one bye one, cook until the raw smell gone, next add tomatoes, make soft, then turn off flame and grind into coarse paste, mix this with coconut paste. Heat pan, add oil,pop mustards,curry leaves,fenugreek and dry red chilly, then add the masala paste, required water and tamarind juice, mix well, allow it to boil, next add brinjal, cook 5 minutes.

Preparation

Dry roast peanut then grind it into coarse powder and keep aside. Melt sugar in a pan, once it caramalized add cardamom and ghee, after mixing well add peanut, mix it well, once it become non sticky, pour this to counter top( greased), roll it by using a roller, cut shape, then allow it to cool, now split it.
