turmeric

chicken masala powder

tomato

biriyani rice-4 glass

water

boiled eggs-4

Preparation

Gring, ginger,garlic,mint and coriander leaves into fine paste, keep aside. Heat a pressure cooker, add oil, once it heat well add spices, then add onion and chilly, saute it well, then add ginger garlic mix, combine all well, next add masalas, mix it well, then add tomato, after mixing well add water and salt, once it starts boiling add soaked rice and boiled egg, cover the lid of the cooker, cook for 1 whistle, finally add some coriander leaves.

Wheat banana snack

Ingredients

Banana – 3

Wheat – 1 1/2 Cup

All purpose flour – I Tsp

Coconut – 1 Cup

Jaggery – 2 Blocks

Salt

Cardamom Powder – 1 Tsp

Banana Leaves

Black Raisins

Preparation

Melt jaggerry in a pan, add coconut into it, mix it well, then keep aside. Mash banana in a bowl, add coconut mix, and cardamom, mix it well, then add flours, combine it well, and make a soft dough, add raisins and mix again. Take a banana leaf, add the dough, then fold it,after doing this for entire dough, steam cook snack.

green gram -1 cup

coconut -4 tsp

Preparation

Soak green gram for 4 hrs then cook in pressure cooker. Grind coconut with chilly,turmeric,curry leaves and garlic, then add to curry, boil it well, finally add raw coconut oil and curry leaves.

raw mango pieces-1 kg

lukewarm water-1/4 cup

Preparation

Take chopped mango pieces in a bowl, add other ingredients one bye one, combine all well, use it after 1 hour.

Preparation

Take maida in a bowl, add salt, water and oil, knead it well, add more water if required, then make a soft dough, rest this dough for 1/2 hrs. Then this dough into small balls, next flattern this balls by using a roller, then cook it in a tawa.

Banana halwa

Grind banana with jaggerry juice, cardamom and cumin. Heat a pan, add ghee then pour the banana mix, stir well, add ghee frequently, cook until it become thick and non sticky. Then transfer it to a mould, after cooling it well cut it into desired shape.

Uzhunnuvada

Ingredients

Urad dal-250 ml

crushed pepper-1/2 tbsp

Preparation

Soak urad dal for 4 hrs then grind it without water, and make smooth paste, transfer it to a bowl, mix it with your hand for 5 minute, then rest the dough for 2 hrs. Then add salt and other ingredients, mix well, now make crispy uzhunnuvada.
