biriyani rice-4 glass

boiled eggs-4

Preparation

Gring, ginger,garlic,mint and coriander leaves into fine paste, keep aside. Heat a pressure cooker, add oil, once it heat well add spices, then add onion and chilly, saute it well, then add ginger garlic mix, combine all well, next add masalas, mix it well, then add tomato, after mixing well add water and salt, once it starts boiling add soaked rice and boiled egg, cover the lid of the cooker, cook for 1 whistle, finally add some coriander leaves.
