Vettu cake

Ingredients

all purpose flour-1 cup

baking powder-1/2 tsp

cardamom powder-1/2 tsp

jeerakam-1/2 tsp

salt

egg-1

brown sugar-1/3 cup

oil – 1 tbsp

Preparation

Ad  dry ingredients in a bowl, mix well and keep aside. Another bowl, add egg,brown sugar,and oil, mix it well, then add flour into it , then keep mixing, finally, knead it and make soft dough, and keep aside for 1/2 hrs. After that knead it again, then cut it like vett cake, finally fry it in hot oil.

Egg Cutlet

Ingredients

 1) Bread Crumbs

2) Egg

3) Potato

4) Ginger & Garlic

5) Onion

6) Curryleaves

7) Green Chilli

8) Red Chilli Powder

9) Turmeric Powder

10) Chicken Masala

11) Salt

12) Oil

Preparation

Add egg to a bowl, beat it well then keep aside. Mash boiled potatoes and set aside. Heat a pan, add oil, heat it well add onion and salt, then saute it well, next add green chilly, ginger garlic crushed, next add masala powders, cook it in low flame, next add egg, scramble it well, next add curry leaves and coriander leaves, after mixing well add boiled and mashed potato, after a mix turn off flame, allow it to cool. Then make small cutlet, dip it in egg mix, then coat bread crumbs, finally fry it in hot oil.

Red velvet cookies

Ingredients:

Butter-50g

Powdered sugar -1/4 cup+1 tbsp

APF/Maida – 75g(1/2 cup+1 tbsp)

Cocoa powder-1 tsp

Red food colour-1 tsp

Choco chips

Preparation

Add butter and sugar to a bowl, whisk it well for mix, next add maida and cocoa powder, combine all well, next add red food color, knead it well and make a thick dough, wrap it for 1/2 hrs. After that make small balls and put it in a baking tray, add choco chips above it, then bake it well.

Mayonnaise

Ingredients

Lemon juice-1 tspn

Sunflower oil-1 cup (250ml)

Preparation

Take mixie jar, add eggs, next add garlic, salt, sugar, and lemon juice then blend it well, next add oil gradually, again blend it, once it become thick , turn off mixie.

milk powder-1 laddle

Preparation

Heat a pan, add wheat flour, heat it well, once the color become golden brown, transfer it to a plate, next roast badam, after that grind it into fine powder, add sugar milk powder, roasted wheat flour into the jar, grind it well, the horlicks powder is ready.

Preparation

Cut onion into thin slices, add salt and curry leaves, mix with your hand, next add ginger and garlic, mix again, now add green chilly, chilly powder ,turmeric, garam masala, fennel, hing powder, rice flour. and gram flour, mix all well, add oil , knead it to make soft. Heat oil for deep frying, then put it small quantity to the oil, fry well.
