Preparation

Add coconut in a mixie jar, then add dry red chilly, add some mango water into it, then grind it into fine paste, next add mango pieces, grind it again, then transfer it to a bowl, add more water, and finally season it with mustard , dry red chilly and curry leaves, tasty curry is ready.

Soak tamarind in a bowl, squeeze it well. Heat tawa in a pan, add the tamarind juice, spread over the tawa, once it become thick , turn off flame and wash the tawa well, then heat it again, spread oil and bread 1 egg into it, after removing this, make perfect dosa, the tawa will not stick again. Another method of seasoning is done with rice water, boil rice water in dosa tawa for some times will help to season the tawa perfectly.

Masala Tea

Ingredients

Chai Masala Powder

Cardamom-20g

Dried ginger-15g

Cinnamon-10g

Cloves-5g

Fennel seeds-5 g

Pepper corn-2 g

Nutmeg-2 g

Milk-1 glass

Sugar-2 tsp

Chai Masala powder-1/2 tsp

Preparation

For masala powder, dry roast spices in a pan, then grind it into fine powder, keep this in an air tight container. For tea, boil 2 glass water in a vessel, once it heat well add tea powder , milk and sugar, boil it for 3 minutes, next add masala powder, boil it again for 2 minutes, then turn off flame and strain tea, serve it with hot.

Preparation

Take a mixing bowl, add kashmiri chilly powder, ginger garlic paste,pepper powder,lemon juice, turmeric and salt, mix well , add water and make a paste, marinate fish with this masala, keep aside for 1/2 hrs. After that, fry it in a pan, then set aside. In the same pan add shallots chopped, ginger garlic and green chilly, saute it well, then add masalas,after mixing well add tomato and salt, cook it until it become soft and mushy, then turn off flame, take a banana leaf, add masala, then add fish, again add masala, add some curry leaves, cover it carefully and set another fish like this. Heat a pan, add both fish, then cook both sides.

Preparation

Marinate chicken with salt and pepper powder, heat oil and butter in a pan, add garlic chopped, saute it well, then add chicken, cook it well and keep aside. Heat the pan, then add butter, add finely chopped garlic, saute it well , then add onion and spring onion, saute it again, next add chicken, mix it well, then add green chilly and mushrooms, after mixing well, cover the pan, and cook it for ten minutes, add corn flour mix into it, mix it again, once it become thick add fresh cream, mix it well and turn off flame.

Take maida in a bowl, add salt, sugar, ghee , baking powder and water, knead it well and make soft dough, then divide the dough into two, add few drops of food color to one part, knead it again. Take 3-5 eggs in a bowl, add pepper powder, salt and milk, beat it well. Take bread slices after removing sides. Take a pan, spread bread crumbs on bottom, take bread slices, dip it in egg mix and put in the pan, and make a thick layer, add onion masala, then add boiled egg pieces and some coriander leaves, cover ti with breads, finally spread bread crumbs on top, now cook it in low flame after closing the lid, cook both sides well, then serve it.
