Preparation

Add milk to a pressure cooker, add sugar, then boil it, add rice after washing throughly, then mix it well, now close the cooker, then cook it for 3 whistle.

Preparation

Add crushed dry chilly to a pan, then add onion,tomato, chilly, curry leaves and coriander leaves, add salt, then mix it with your hand well, then add tamarind juice and coconut oil, mix all well and serve it.

Cucumber Prawns curry

Ingredients

prawn-1/4 kg

cucumber

tomato

green chilly-4

tamarind

water

cumin-1/2 tsp

curry leaves

shallots

oil

pepper-1 tsp

coconut

chilly powder

turmeric

coriander powder

salt

garam masala-1/2 tsp

Preparation

Marinate prawns with salt turmeric and chilly powder, then add to a clay pot, add cucumber, green chilly, toato, tamarind and water, then cook it well. Heat oil in a pan, add cumin, curry leaves, pepper and shallots, saute it well, then add coconut, mix well, fry it until it turns golden brown,now add masala powders and mix well, then turn off flame and grind it into fine paste, then add to curry. Add salt boil it well, finally season the curry with shallot and curry leaves.

Filled Bun

Ingredients

Lukewarm milk – 3/4 Cup

Sugar – 1 1/2 Tbsp.

Instant yeast – 1 Tsp.

All-purpose flour – 2 Cup

Salt

Sunflower oil

Boiled Egg – 3 Nos.

Onion – 1

Garlic – 5-6 nos.

Ginger

Green chilli – 1

Capsicum

All-purpose flour – 1 Tbsp.

Soya sauce – 1 Tbsp.

Chilli sauce – 1/2 Tsp.

Tomato sauce – 2 1/2 Tsp.

Water – 1/4 Cup

Pepper powder – 1/2 Tsp.

Coriander leaves

Cheese slices

Preparation

Add lukewarm milk to a bowl, add sugar and yeast into it, mix well and keep aside until it raise. Then add maida, and salt into it, knead it and make a slightly loose dough, add oil, stretch it well, then rest the dough 2 hrs.

Heat oil in a pan, add egg pieces, fry it both sides, then keep aside. Add onion, garlic, ginger, and green chilly to the pan, saute it in high flame. Add capsicum, add maida into it, mix well, next add sauces, combine all, next add water and pepper powder, close the lid and boil it well, next add coriander leaves and egg, mix all, then turn off flame.

Take the dough, divide it into equal balls, take each balls, fill it with masala and cheese, then cover it well. Heat a pan add the bun, cover the pan, cook both sides well.

5 minute snack

Ingredients

ghee-2 tbsp

veg oil-1/4 cup

powdered sugar-1/2 cup

pineapple essence-1 tsp

maida-1 cup

baking powder-1 pinch

yellow food color-1 pinch

Preparation

Take a bowl, add ghee,oil and powdered sugar, mix it well, then add pineapple essence and maida, knead it well, addbaking powder, and yellow food color, knead it well and make small balls, put the balls in a baking tray, add sesame seeds above each ball, then bake it well, you can use pan for cooking.

Banana Pachadi

Ingredients

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, allow it to splutter, then add dry chilly and shallots, fry it well, then add curry leaves, next add chopped banana and green chilly, combine all, add salt, saute it well, then turn off flame. Grind coconut with dry chilly and turmeric, then add mustard, after blending it well add it to curry, add water also, then boil it for 2-3 minutes, blend curd, then add to curry, turn off flame after heat it well.

Chapathi and Moong dal curry

Ingredients

Wheat flour – 2 Cup

Water – 1 Cup

Salt – 1 Tsp.

Coconut oil

Green gram – 1 Cup

Garlic

Grated coconut – 2 Cup

Green chilli – 4 to 5 nos.

Small onion – 4 nos.

Curry leaves

Preparation

Add wheat flour, water and salt to a mixie jar, then pulse it for 2-3 tomes , after that transfer it to a bowl, add a little flour above it, knead it, add oil, then knead it again, keep this dough aside.

Add green gram, garlic, and water to a pressure cooker, cook it well. Heat oil in a pan, add green chilly and shallots, saute it well, now add cooked green gram and second coconut milk and salt, boil it well, once it become thick add thick coconut milk, then heat it well, finally add some curry leaves, then turn off flame.

Take the dough and divide it into equal balls, flatten it, then apply oil above it, fold it two ties, again flatten it into thin layer, then cook it in tawa.

Cut ivy gourd into long thin pieces, then add masala and salt, mix well, then rest it for 10 minutes. Heat oil in a pan, add marinated ivy gourd, fry it well. Add curry leaves for extra taste.

Preparation

Chop the stem in a veg chopper, then add salt and turmeric, mix well. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop, then add urad dal, after roasting it well add dry chilly, then add chopped banana stem, combine all, then cover the pan and cook in low flame. Crush coconut with chilly powder, cumin and garlic, then add to the pan, add curry leaves, then mix all together, cook it again for 2-3 minutes, then turn off flame.
