turmeric-3/4 tsp

oil-3 tbsp

mustard-1 tsp

dry chilly-3

urad dal



cumin-1 tsp

coconut-1 cup

chilly powder-1 tsp

curry leaves


Chop the stem in a veg chopper, then add salt and turmeric, mix well. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard, let it pop, then add urad dal, after roasting it well add dry chilly, then add chopped banana stem, combine all, then cover the pan and cook in low flame. Crush coconut with chilly powder, cumin and garlic, then add to the pan, add curry leaves, then mix all together, cook it again for 2-3 minutes, then turn off flame.
