Ladies Finger, egg recipe

Ingredients

ladies finger-250 gm

coconut oil-3 tbsp

fenygreek-1 tsp

hing-2 pinch

mustard-1 tsp

cumin-1/2 tsp

ginger and garlic chopped-2 + 2 tbsp

shallots chopped-2 tbsp

chilly-3

egg

salt

chilly powder-2 pinch

cumin powder-2 pinch

turmeric-2 pinch

coriander powder-2 pinch

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, then add fenugreek, and mustard, then pop it well, next add ginger, garlic, shallots, chilly, cumin powder and hing mix well, add curry leaves too, add finely chopped ladies finger, saute it well, next add egg, add masala powders and salt above the egg, then scramble it well. then combine all together.

Easy Bread Halwa

Ingredients

Bread slices-7

ghee

sugar-1/4 cup

water-3/4 cup

cashews, almonds and raisins

Preparation

Remove sides of bread and cut it into 4 pieces. Heat oil in a pan, deep fry bread pieces , then set aside. Melt sugar with water, then add bread slices, cook it well, mash bread slices well, cook until it become thick, add ghee, combine well, roast badam, cashew and raisins in oil, then add to halwa, after mixing well serve it.

Wash rice thoroughly, then keep it in a strainer for 10-15 minutes. Heat a pan, add rice dry roast it Until it become golden brown color, then Grind it into fine powder, then transfer it to a bowl, add coconut and jaggerry powder, mix well, add ghee, combine all, then make small balls.

Easy evening snack

Ingredients

sugar-4 tbsp

cardamom-4

milk-1/2 cup

maida-1 cup

egg-1

salt-1 pinch

turmeric-1 pich

baking soda-1 pinch

lemon juice-1 tsp

Preparation

Add sugar and cardamom to a mixie jar, grind it well, then add to a bowl, pour milk, mix well, then add maida, combine well, then add egg, salt and turmeric, mix well, finally add baking soda, after mixing it well make a thick batter. Heat oil in a sauce pan, take a small laddle, take hot oil, pour the batter in to the laddle, once it separate from surface add to oil, then fry well.

Easy Kinnathappam

Ingredients

rice flour-1 cup

cardamom-2

sugar-1/2 cup

coconut milk-1 1/2 cup

Preparation

Take a bowl, add all ingredients, mix well, then transfer it to a mixie jar, blend it well. Boil water in a idli pot, put plate after applying oil, then pour the batter, then add cashews above, then cover the lid, steam it for 20 minutes, then remove it from plate and cut it.

Green peas Kuruma

Ingredients

green peas-3/4 cup

potato-1

onion-2

green chilly-3

ginger-3 piece

garlic-3

cloves-4

cinnamon

pepper

fennel

coconut-1/2 cup

cashew nut-8

turmeric-1/4 tsp

coriander powder-2 tsp

Preparation

Add soaked green peas to a pressure cooker, then add green chilly,onion, salt and water, then cook it for 5 whistle. Crush spices with green chilly and ginger and keep aside, grind coconut with fennel, pepper, cashew nut, and water and make a paste. Heat oil in a pan, add crushed masala, onion and curry leaves, saute it well, now add masala powders, mix it until the raw smell gone, pour a little water, then add potato, cook it well, next add coconut paste and water, mix it well, cook it for 2 minutes, next add green peas, mix well, add salt, let it boil, then turn off flame. Finally, season the curry with mustard, dry chilly and curry leaves.

Bread Gulab jamun

Ingredients

bread slices-8

milk-6 tbsp

sugar-1/2 cup

water-3/4 cup

oil-for frying

Preparation

Grind bread into fine powder, then add to a bowl, add milk, then knead it well, make a soft dough, divede the dough into equal small balls. Melt sugar with water, add cardamom, boil it well. Fry jamun balls in oil, then add to the syrup, soak well, then serve it.

semolina-1/4 cup

Take semolina in a bowl, soak it in milk for 15 minutes. Mix semolina, wheat flour, sugar , oil,salt and water, then transfer it to a mixie jar, blend it well, pour it to a bowl. Heat a tawa, pour the batter, round it into thin layer, add ghee, then cook both sides.

boiling water

coconut oil

curry leaves

meat masala-1 1/2 tsp

Preparation

Soak soy chunks in hot water. Heat oil in a pan, then add mustard, let it pop, then add garlic, green chilly and curry leaves, mix all well, next add onion, saute it well, next add salt and masala powders, mix it in low flame. Take soy chunks from water and squeeze out water then add to pan, add potato, then pour water, mix all and cook it well, once it become dry turn off flame.
