Oil : 1 1/2 Tbsp

Salt : as required

Preparation

Prepare a soft dough with wheat flour, oil, salt and required water. Rest the dough for 5 minutes, then divide it into small equal balls, then flatten each ball into thin layers. Heat oil for deep frying, put it in oil, fry well.

Preparation

Palak Murukk

Ingredients

1.Palak cheera (spinach)=one handful

2.Green chilli=1

3.Water=1/4 cup + 6,7 tbsp

4.Coconut oil=as needed

5.Rice flour=1 cup

6.Besan flour=1/2 cup

7.Butter=1 tsp

8.Ajwain (ayamodakam)=1/2 tsp (optional)

9.Salt=as needed

Preparation

Wash Palak well, then add to a mixie jar, add green chilly, then grind it into fine paste, transfer it to a bowl. Add flours to another bowl, add butter, salt, and ajjwain, mix all, then add palak mix, knead it well and make a soft dough, fill the dough in idiyappam maker with star mould, press murukk to a surface, then put it in oil, fry it well.

Preparation

Prepare a maida dough, divide it into small balls, flatten it into thin layers, then half cook it. Mix egg , sugar, milk and cardamom, then scramble half of it, another half keep aside. Mix scrambled egg, cashews and kismis roasted together.

Take a saucepan apply ghee, take a chapathi, dip it in milk, then place it in the pan, add filling and spread egg mix, put another layer, repeat it until whole finished, then close it, cook it in low flame for 20 minutes, then cook another side too, then cut it.

Preparation

Add amrutham podi, and baking soda to a strainer, sieve it to a bowl. Blend egg, salt and oil together, then pour it to the flour, mix well, add cardamom powder, mix all and make a thick batter. Pour the batter to idli plate, then steam it well.

Add potato pieces to a pressure cooker, then add garlic, green chilly, turmeric, pepper powder, salt and water, cook it well, then open the lid and mash potato a little. Dry roast coconut with cumin and pepper , then grind it into fine paste, add this paste to curry, then boil it well. Finally, season the curry with mustard and curry leaves.

Rice Payasam

rice- 1 cup

cashews

almonds

milk-2 ltr

Preparation

Wash rice well, then add to a pressure cooker, add water, then cook it 3-4 whistle. Boil milk with 1/2 cup of water. Roast cashews in ghee, then keep aside. Heat ghee in a bottom thick pan, add rice, saute it well, then add sugar, mix it well, after 5 minutes of mixing add milk into it, combine all well, add cardamom powder, then add cashes and badam, mix well, then turn off flame.
