•Ghee – one teaspoon

Preparation
Heat ghee in a pan, add cashews and kismis, after roasting it well add finely chopped banana pieces, saute it for a minute, then add sugar and coconut, mix with banana, once it melts completely, add cardamom powder and cumin seeds, mix everything well. then transfer it to a bowl, add flours, knead it well and make a soft dough, divide it into equal balls, then fry it well in oil.
Add three eggs, three quarters of a cup of sugar, a quarter of a cup of milk, a quarter of a cup of sunflower oil and three packets of Boost to a mixi jar. Beat it well in a mixer and then transfer it to a bowl. In a sieve add 1 1/4 cups of flour and half a teaspoon of baking soda, and 1 tsp of baking powder, Then strain it and add it to the mix. First you can marinate the chicken. For that, add chilli powder, turmeric powder, Coriander powder Garam masala powder, Black pepper powder Some curd A squeeze of lemon Enough salt, crushed ginger, garlic, and green chilies to the chicken that has been washed and cleaned. Add all these and give it a good mix. Keep it aside for half an hour and then heat a little oil in a pan, You can add some whole spices to it and then add crushed shallots and saute it well. Add ginger, garlic and crushed green chillies and saute again. Next you can add chopped onion, When it becomes mushy, add tomatoes and mix, then add spice powders, turmeric powder, chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and so on. When the raw smell of the powders gone, you can add chicken to it. Now cover and cook till the chicken is cooked. When the gravy becomes thick, add some chopped coriander and mix and set aside.
