To prepare this, first put a pan in the stove, pour some oil in it and when it gets hot, add some crushed garlic and ginger, Once it is sauted well, you can add a bay leaf and three or four onions chopped into small pieces and add enough salt to it, saute it until it become soft. Add 2 1/2 tablespoons of coriander powder and half a teaspoon of turmeric powder to this and fry them until they turn aromatic, then add chili powder as required. After frying all the powders, add the chicken pieces to it and mix it with the masala and add a little water. When it boils well, you can add garam masala powder, cover the pot and cook well. When the gravy becomes thick, add a little more masala powder and some coconut oil and mix and switch off the flame.
