coconut oil-2 tbsp


chilly powder-3 tsp

coriander powder-2 1/2 tsp

fish masala-2 tsp

fenugreek-1/4 tsp


Take a claypot, add tamarind,salt and water, then heat it. Heat oil in a pan, add mustard and pop it, next add chopped shallots, ginger,garlic,curry leaves and green chilly, saute it well, now add masala powders, after mixing well pour tamarind water, mix it well and transfer the masala to clay pot, add more water if required, salt to taste, then boil it well, next add chicken pieces, cook it well, finally add fenugreek powder and turn off flame.
