Ingredients

jaggerry-6

water

small banana-2

cardamom

cumin-1/4 tsp

wheat flour-2 cup

maida-1 cup

semolina-3/4 cup

coconut pieces

turmeric-1/4 tsp

baking soda-1/4 tsp

water

Preparation

Take a mixie jar, add banana, cardamom and cumin, grind it well and keep aside. Melt jaggerry with water. In a bowl, add wheat flour,maida and semolina, mix it well, then add turmeric, baking soda, coconut pieces, mix well, pour jaggerry juice, knead it well and make a loose dough, then keep this aside for 4 hrs. Heat oil for frying, take the dough in your hand, put it in the hot oil in round shape, fry it well.
