Fried Pathiri

Ingredients

rice flour-1 cup

water-1 1/2 cup

salt

coconut oil-1 tbsp

coconut-1/4 cup

fennel-1/4 tsp

shallots-3

black sesame seeds-1 tsp

Oil for frying

Preparation

Take a pan, add rice flour, water , salt and coconut oil, mix well, then turn on flame, continue stirring, once it become thick and non sticky turn off flame and allow it to cool down. Crush coconut with fennel, and shallot , then add to the rice dough, mix with your hand, then divide it to small round pathiri, finally fry it in hot coconut oil.
