Take wheat flour in a mixing bowl, add salt and oil, mix well, then pour a little water, knead it well, add more water in batches, knead it for 5 minutes and make smooth dough, keep this aside for 1/2 hrs. Then take the dough back and knead it again, divide it into equal small balls, flatten the balls to thin chapathi. Heat a tawa, add chapathi, heat both sides, then put it directly to the fire, once the bubble come out, transfer it to a plate.
