Ingredients
cow beans

turmeric-1/4 tsp

coconut oil

curry leaves

turmeric-1/4 tsp
kashmiri chilly-1 tbsp
coriander powder-1 tbsp
meat masala-1/2 tbsp
salt
water
garam masala powder-1/2 tsp
Preparation
Soak cow beans for 6 hrs, then add it to a pressure cooker, add green chilly, turmeric, salt , ginger garlic paste and water, then cook it for 3 whistle. Heat a pan, add coconut oil, let it heat, then add onion, saute until it become soft, then add green chilly, curry leaves, ginger garlic and tomato, mix all and saute it well, then add masalas, after mixing well add water, then cover the pan, cook until it become soft and mushy, now add cooked cow beans, mix all well, add salt and garam masala, combine all, then boil it until the gravy become thick.
