Wheat flour dosa

Ingredients

wheat flour-2 cup

salt

water-2 cup

onion-1

garlic-6

green chilly

carrot-1

coconut-1/2 cup

egg-2

turmeric-1/4 tsp

Preparation

Take wheat flour in a bowl, add salt, mix well, then add water, mix it for remove lumps, next add chopped vegetables, combine all well, then add egg and turmeric, again mix it. Heat a tawa, spread oil into it, pour 1 laddle of the batter, spread over the tawa, cook both sides, then transfer it to a plate.
