Easy Milk Bun

lukewarm milk-3/4 cup

yeast-3/4 tsp

maida-2 cup

salt-1/2 tsp

sugar-4 tbsp



Add yeast to luke warm milk, keep aside for raise. Take maida in a bowl, add salt and sugar, after mixing it well add milk, then knead it well, add oil, and knead it until the dough become soft, then keep aside for fermentation, once the dough become double, take it from bowl, and knead it in counter top, then divide the dough into equal small sized balls, then make bun shape, put it in a cake tin, then bake it in a pan.
