dates-30(remove seeds and chop it into small piece)

garlic

ginger

green chilly

curry leaves

oil

mustard seeds

salt

kismis

chilly powder

vinegar

Preparation

Heat oil in a pan, add mustards, pop it well , then add green chilly,curry leaves,ginger and garlic, roast it well, then add beetroot and carrot, saute it well, add salt, once it cooked, add dates and kismis, mix all well, cook until it become soft, now add chilly powder, mix all together, finally add vinegar, cook it for 2 more minutes, then turn off flame.
