Preparation

Heat a pressure cooker, add coconut oil, once it heat well add onion, saute it well, next add tomato, after sauting it add ginger garlic and chilly crushed, mix until the raw smell gone, now add masalas, mix it well, now add beef , mix with masalas, add water and cover the cooker, cook it for 8 whistle, finally add some coriander leaves. For dum rice, take a biriyani pot, add half of the cooked rice, on the top of the rice add rose water, fried onion , coriander leaves and beef masala, then add second layer, repeat the same, finally cover the pot, then cook it for 5 minutes in low flame.
