Sardine fish curry

Ingredients

Sardines – 10

Shallots – 10

ginger garlic chopped-1tsp

Fenugreek Seeds- 1/4 Tsp

Crushed Kashmiri Chili POwder / Paprika – 2 Tbsp

Turmeric – 1/2 tsp

Green Chilies – 3

KudamPuli – 2 pieces

Curry leaves – 2 Sprigs

coconut oil-1Tbsp

Salt – 1/2 Tsp

Preparation

Heat a clay pot, add coconut oil, heat it well, add mustards,fenugreek , chilly, ginger garlic crushed and curry leaves, saute it well, next add shallots, after sauting it well add tomato, then add salt, cook it for 2 minutes, next add tamarind and tomato, mix all well and allow it to boil, now add masala and required water, boil it well, now add fish, just cook it.
