Ingredients

sago rice-1 cup

potato-2

chilly

coriander leaves

cumin seeds

chilly flakes

lemon juice

salt

ghee

maida-1/4 cup

Preparation

Heat a pan, add sago rice, roast it well, then grind it well. Mash potato in a bowl, then add other ingredients into it, add sago powder, knead it well and make a soft dough, fill the dough it a idiyappam press with star mould, then press to hot oil, fry it well.
