Ingredients

chana-1 cup( soaked)
onion-1
garlic-5-6
ginger
green chilly-3-4
salt
water
turmeric-1/4 tsp
coriander powder-1 tsp
chilly powder-1 tsp
garam masala-1/4 tsp
oil
onion-1/2
Preparation
Cook soaked chana with onion, garlic,ginger, chilly, salt and water in a pressure cooker. Mix masalas in a bowl.Heat coconut oil in a tawa, add onion, saute it well, then add masalas, mix well, then grind it into fine paste, then add to a pan, add water, then add cooked chana, boil it well, cook until the gravy become thick.
