fenugreek powder-1/4 tsp
baking soda-1/4 tsp
ghee
Preparation
Mix water and salt with wheat flour, make a thick batter and rest for 10 minutes, add fenugreek powder and baking soda, mix well. Heat tawa, pour the batter and spread over, cook it well until it become crispy.
