Preparation

Add wheat flour in a bowl, add salt and water, knead it well and make a dough, rest for 1 hour. Then add water into it, knead with your hand, then strain it, do this again and take wheat milk. Melt jaggerry, add wheat milk, stir well, once it turns to thick consistency add ghee and cashew nuts, stir again, add more ghee, cook another few minutes. In a glass tumbler grease with ghee spread sesame seeds and cashew, pour the halwa mix above it, set it with a spatula, allow it to cool, then cut it.
